<h3>2026 Call<\/h3>\n<p>It is extremely important that interested faculty members read and understand the field-specific criteria and the general evaluation guidelines for this call for rel=\"noopener\">Regulations<\/a><\/strong> for the Submission of Applications for the Evaluation of Research Activity by Faculty Members with Doctoral Degrees at Private Universities in Catalonia.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aqu.cat\/en\/teaching-staff\/Assessment-of-merits\/Avaluacio-merits-de-recerca\/Criteris\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Criteria<\/strong><\/a>: RESOLUTION REU\/4815\/2025, dated December 22, publishing the criteria for evaluating the research activity of teaching and research staff at public universities in Catalonia for the purpose of awarding additional pay supplements based on research merit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Requirements for Universitat Ramon Llull<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Individuals interested in applying for the evaluation must meet the following requirements for this year, the deadline for applications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a <strong>doctoral degree<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Be affiliated with the University on a <strong>full-time or part-time basis<\/strong>, provided that the affiliation is equal to or greater than 50% of a full-time workload.<\/li>\n<li>In the case of healthcare professionals, faculty members from institutions that have an agreement with the University and who hold a position similar to that regulated in Article 105.1 of Law 14\/1986, of April 25, the General Health Law, may submit a request for evaluation of their research activity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Minimum tenure at the University of one proposals stipulate that a total of <strong>5 contributions and 2 substitutes<\/strong> must be submitted.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Selection of Contributions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Important<\/strong><\/span>: Faculty members are responsible for selecting their own contributions. The Library offers support in obtaining impact and visibility metrics, which are useful for making decisions and for drafting the rationale and narrative context for each contribution.<\/p>\n<p>As set forth in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aqu.cat\/en\/teaching-staff\/Assessment-of-merits\/Avaluacio-merits-de-recerca\/Criteris\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">specific criteria<\/a>, with the aim of increasing the diversity of submissions, the current call for proposals allows for two types of submissions to be submitted for evaluation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Regular contributions<\/strong>: books, book chapters, articles, or patents<\/li>\n<li><strong>Special contributions<\/strong>: reports, technical or artistic works, exhibitions, archaeological excavations, or conference presentations, among<br \/>\nothers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The same resolution stipulates the importance, priority, and number of submissions of each type that may be submitted in the various fields of knowledge.<\/p>\n<p><span data-teams=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                                            <div class=\"tab-panel  mx-auto max-w-3xl\"\n                    id=\"step-content-9038663\">\n                    <div class=\"rich-text no-margin-first-child w-full\">\n                        <h4>Mandatory deposit in open-access repositories<\/h4>\n<p>The current call for proposals requires that all contributions submitted during the six-year periods be deposited in an open-access institutional, general-purpose, or subject-specific repository. It is mandatory to include the persistent identifier (Handle or URI).<\/p>\n<p>At the IQS Library, we manage the deposit and provide you with the <strong>handle from the DAU institutional repository<\/strong> or <strong>the handle\/URI from other repositories<\/strong> if the publication is affiliated with an institution other than Universitat Ramon Llull.
