institutional repository (DAU), provided that the following criteria are met:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"618\">At least one of the authors must have an IQS affiliation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"618\">The publication must have a DOI or another assigned identifier.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"618\">It must be published in a specific volume or This document does not yet have an active DOI or copyright information. It is extremely important that, once the journal has accepted the article for publication, you keep a copy of this version in case it needs to be deposited. This promotes transparency, the reuse of knowledge and the collective advancement of science.<\/p>\n<h3>Compliance with funding bodies\u2019 requirements<\/h3>\n<p>Numerous funding schemes, both national and European, require that publications resulting from their grants must be deposited in institutional repositories. Failure to do so may constitute non-compliance that could affect future calls for proposals.<\/p>\n<h3>Mandatory for evaluation processes<\/h3>\n<p>From 2023, it will be mandatory to have publications submitted for research activity evaluation processes, such as ANECA\u2019s Six-Year Research Evaluations or the AQU\u2019s M\u00e8rits de Recerca, deposited in an institutional repository.<\/p>\n\n
